Strategic Operating Partner to Founders

Helping founders move the right things forward.

I work alongside founders and leadership teams to bring experienced perspective and practical execution when the business reaches moments that matter.

Experience. AI tools. Revenue systems. And the right introductions when they matter.

Most companies don't stall because of a lack of ideas — they stall because the right things don't get done.

Think of me as a fractional utility operator: stepping in where strategy, revenue, operations, and AI meet to help founders move the business forward.

You've hired the strategist who can't execute. You've hired the executor who can't think. What if the same person could help with both? When things get important and slightly messy, that's usually when I get pulled in.

Four levers I use to create traction.

I step in where momentum breaks down: decisions drag, revenue gets inconsistent, AI stays theoretical, or the right doors never open. My role is to help sort out the piece that is actually holding things up.

Strategic Clarity

Direction and Decisions

Clarify priorities, pressure-test decisions, and help leadership focus on the moves that actually change the business.

Revenue Systems

Process and Structure

Build the process, tooling, discipline, and operating cadence that turns revenue from heroic effort into something repeatable.

AI in Real Work

Practical Implementation

Apply AI in ways that actually save time, improve output, and change how work gets done inside the team.

Network

Introductions that Matter

Open the right conversations with prospects, partners, talent, and operators when access is the difference between slow and fast.

Three ways I usually help.

Different situations call for different levels of involvement. These are the ways I usually step in. Engagements are scoped to fit the situation — project, retainer, or sprint.

One-and-Done Projects

Sometimes the company doesn't need another executive. It needs one problem solved properly.
Good fit whenThere is a specific bottleneck to fix — rebuilding a CRM, cleaning up forecasting, redesigning the revenue process, or getting AI workflows working.

Fractional Utility Player

For founders who want an experienced operator involved on a regular basis without hiring another executive.
Good fit whenYou need judgment, structure, and momentum on a recurring basis — across revenue strategy, pipeline reviews, forecasting, GTM decisions, and operating rhythm. This often includes participating in leadership or steering committees and helping teams run a clear operating cadence using frameworks like EOS.

AI + Revenue System Sprint

For companies that want to turn AI and RevOps into something useful quickly.
Good fit whenYou need focused work on tools, workflows, habits, and real use inside the team — not another pilot that goes nowhere.
The Network
Sometimes it's better to know the guy than be the guy.

After 15+ years building across logistics, SaaS, consulting, and revenue operations, my network runs deep. Founders. Revenue leaders. Operators. Partners. People looking for the next thing.

Sometimes the fastest way forward is the right introduction — to a customer, a partner, a hire, or someone who has already solved the problem you are dealing with.

Strategic Connections

Sometimes the right conversation with the right person changes everything. That's what a real network is built for.

Founder, Altus KC

Built from zero. More than once.

I spent nine years at RSM launching and scaling consulting practices — ultimately owning a national P&L and leading 40 consultants across the country. Then I left to help commercialize a startup from scratch, turning a managed warehousing platform into a multi-million-dollar business in under four years.

After that, I took on an AI commercialization mandate — leading ICP definition, early GTM, and market validation for an AI enablement platform in logistics. Zero to one. Again.

The through-line? I don't advise from the sideline. I get inside the revenue motion — strategy, systems, GTM, and ops — and help build the part that's holding growth back. Most people specialize. I connect the dots between specialties.

I'm based in Kansas City and work with companies across a range of industries and roles — from founders and operators to revenue, GTM, and operations leaders.

Most companies don't need another consultant. They need someone who can help make the decision and help make it real — in the same conversation.

That's what Altus KC is built to do.

If something important is stuck, let's talk about it.

No pitch deck. No 12-week discovery phase. Just a conversation about what's not working and what it would take to sort it out.
